Data in the Cloud. Prices on the Ground.

No Mark-ups, Ever.

Legal practice is crossing a threshold — into the cloud, into leveraging AI and into more complex discovery.

New applications are reshaping how attorneys work — from how data is collected and reviewed to how decisions are made, billed, and defended. Used well, these tools create leverage. Used poorly, they erode margins and time.

Applying them responsibly is both an ethical obligation when handling client data and a practical way to reduce wasted effort and reclaim time.

Delphoria is founder-led and collaboration-driven, backed by a deep network of expertise across the full spectrum of legal data. Our hourly fee is a sliding-scale capping at $150/hour.

  • In 2028, major players in eDiscovery are going “cloud-only”, carrying with them changes to how the software works behind the scenes and impacting current server-side users’ understanding/ability to manage databases. This is something to prepare for as hosting is where most providers truly earn profit.

Determining whether the tools you already have — like Adobe Pro — are sufficient, or whether new platforms or features genuinely add value rather than complexity, depends on understanding how data moves, how access is controlled, where risk is introduced and of course the demand. Context always matters.

Delphoria brings full-spectrum expertise in managing legal data — from collections and analytics to enterprise platforms, workflow design, and how AI systems behave in real legal workflows. We focus on what works, what’s defensible, and what actually improves outcomes.

When it comes to AI, we break it down in plain English. We help you identify which levers to pull — and when — so you can effectively navigate meet and confers, conduct custodian interviews and ultimately protect margins. You will adapt without compromising standards or accidentally walking into a landmine.

With predictable hourly fees at $150 or less (we are flexible, and work with those that need context-based pricing), we keep compliance within reach for smaller firms, pro bono matters, nonprofits, and teams building from the ground up. Our hourly fees go as low as $50-75/hour case/client dependent.

How We Work * Our Services *

  • When it comes to time keeping, invoicing, creating alert systems for when matters' P&L is tipping into the red - we're experts.

We know the EDRM inside out and will excitedly advise you on which tools are the best for your use case and budget. One size doesn't always fit all, even within the same firm, one practice area may not need the same features or expenses as another.

We're certified and able to set-up and configure the tool(s) of choice, documenting our process, and working with IT and Information Security teams as needed.

We're paid only for our time—no reseller margins, no referral fees (if we do get any we actually give them to you), no pass-through up-charges.

Simply put: You pay the actual cost, no sprinkling revenue on top, no slipping in extra fees that aren't transparent.

    What you'll get:

    • Collections, processing, hosting, imaging, and production tool/associated workflow recommendations.

    • Database set-up and configuration based on your team’s unique needs. Insted of a provider’s “New Case” template that later gets edited, we’ll teach you how to make your own templates and where it matters.

    • Access models (where data lives, who can touch it, audit-ability) to provide your IT and InfoSec teams, written in their language.

    • Cost controls tied to data volume & complexity (forecasting + change triggers)

    • Documentation your team can run with into the future (SOPs, checklists, playbooks).

    • Assistance with vendor agreements/pricing and feedback on their workflow suggestions.

    • Assistance with preparation for meet and confers, custodian interviews, and determining review workflows and pricing.

  • Role-based training for modern legal platforms (see the list at the bottom of our Open Letter) —tailored to your team, your matters, and your deadlines.

    What you’ll get

    • Role-specific tracks for admins, reviewers, PMs, and attorneys—no one-size-fits-all.

    • One-on-one and (discounted) group training on subjects from document review to tutoring for industry recognized review, analytics, AI, collection and privacy certifications

    • Step-by-step SOPs, checklists, and quick-reference guides

    • Workflow walkthroughs built around your matter types, data sources, and security requirements.

    • Best practices and database templates that hold up—defensibly, consistently and efficiently without theoretical (or confusing and expensive) detours.

    • Optional refreshers for onboarding, platform upgrades, and the “we haven’t touched this in a year” moments.

  • Practical eDiscovery and legal-tech coaching for students, new hires, career switchers, and anyone leveling up fast—so you can hit the ground running on day one.

    What you’ll get

    • In-person or online one-on—one training.

    • Plain-English explanations of key terminology, workflow maps, and role clarity that sticks.

    • Real-world exercises modeled on common matter tasks and team workflows.

    • A “first week” playbook to cut guesswork and stand out quickly.

Clarity, Delivered.
